Ford Mustang Selecting the name Mustang was the first in a line of one of Fords great marketing achievements. The Public was first shown the Mustang at New York worlds fair in April 1964 followed by an Comprehensive Introduction via television . The result of this Introduction was to say the least, successful, Ford dealers were swamped with buyers for this sporty new Design that achieved over a million sales in eighteen month. The Mustang continues to take different forms as the years roll by and has never lost favor with USA sports car buyers. Early model Mustangs are true classic examples of sixties Ford sports motoring and becoming highly sought by collectors. |
