Triumph Roadster Triumph Roadster 1800 cars manufactured by the Standard-Triumph Car Company LTD, Coventry England in March 1946 - To 1948 where it was replaced with the Roadster 2000 . Probably one of the Most British of all British designs, Yet it is to many one of the most appealing designed cars ever built - Huge Headlights and Horns nestled between the front wheel guards and in front of a long bonnet. Standard fitted the 65 horsepower overhead-valve four cylinder 1,776 cc, engine that had been used Jaguar before the war. Production numbers of the Triumph Roadster 1800 was 2,500 With a total of 4,500 combined 1800 and 2000 ending in 1949. |
